Getting Started

PlyoPlanner Quick Start Guide

Get up and running with PlyoPlanner in under 5 minutes.


Step 1: Create Your Account

  1. Visit PlyoPlanner and click Sign Up
  2. Enter your name, email, and password
  3. Check your email and click the confirmation link
  4. Sign in to your new account

Step 2: Explore the Exercise Library

  1. You'll land on the Exercise Library home page
  2. Browse 48+ plyometric exercises
  3. Use filters to narrow down by:
    • Difficulty level
    • Muscle group
    • Equipment needed
  4. Click any exercise to see full details and coaching cues

Step 3: Create Your First Training Plan

  1. Click Training Plans in the navigation
  2. Click New Plan
  3. Fill in the basics:
    • Name: "My First Plyo Program"
    • Goal: Select what you're training for
    • Difficulty: Match your athletes' level
  4. Click Create Plan

Step 4: Add Exercises to Your Plan

  1. In the plan builder, browse exercises on the right side
  2. Click any exercise to add it to your plan
  3. Adjust sets, reps, and rest periods inline
  4. Drag exercises to reorder them
  5. Watch the volume calculator to monitor foot contacts

Step 5: Save and Publish

  1. Your changes save automatically
  2. When you're happy with the plan, click Publish
  3. Share with your athletes or use it yourself!
