Getting Started
PlyoPlanner Quick Start Guide
Get up and running with PlyoPlanner in under 5 minutes.
Step 1: Create Your Account
- Visit PlyoPlanner and click Sign Up
- Enter your name, email, and password
- Check your email and click the confirmation link
- Sign in to your new account
Step 2: Explore the Exercise Library
- You'll land on the Exercise Library home page
- Browse 48+ plyometric exercises
- Use filters to narrow down by:
- Difficulty level
- Muscle group
- Equipment needed
- Click any exercise to see full details and coaching cues
Step 3: Create Your First Training Plan
- Click Training Plans in the navigation
- Click New Plan
- Fill in the basics:
- Name: "My First Plyo Program"
- Goal: Select what you're training for
- Difficulty: Match your athletes' level
- Click Create Plan
Step 4: Add Exercises to Your Plan
- In the plan builder, browse exercises on the right side
- Click any exercise to add it to your plan
- Adjust sets, reps, and rest periods inline
- Drag exercises to reorder them
- Watch the volume calculator to monitor foot contacts
Step 5: Save and Publish
- Your changes save automatically
- When you're happy with the plan, click Publish
- Share with your athletes or use it yourself!
