Training Plan Builder

Create customized plyometric training programs for yourself or your clients.

Creating a New Plan

  1. Navigate to Training Plans
  2. Click New Plan
  3. Fill in the plan details:
    • Name: Give your plan a descriptive name
    • Description: Explain the plan's purpose and target audience
    • Goal: Select from Vertical Jump, Speed, Agility, Power, or General
    • Difficulty: Match to your athletes' level
  4. Click Create Plan to start building

Adding Exercises

Once in the plan builder:

  1. Browse or search exercises in the right panel
  2. Click an exercise to add it to your plan
  3. The exercise appears at the bottom of your plan
  4. Default sets and reps are based on difficulty level

Configuring Exercise Parameters

For each exercise in your plan, you can set:

Parameter Range Default
Sets 1-10 Based on difficulty
Reps 1-30 Based on difficulty
Rest 0-300 seconds 60 seconds

Changes save automatically as you type.

Reordering Exercises

  • Click and drag the handle (⋮⋮) on the left of any exercise
  • Drop it in the desired position
  • The order is saved automatically

Removing Exercises

  • Click the X button on any exercise row
  • Confirm the deletion when prompted
  • The exercise is removed and remaining exercises reposition automatically

Volume Calculator

The volume calculator helps you monitor training load:

  • Total Foot Contacts: Sum of (sets × reps) for all exercises
  • Color coding indicates volume level:
    • Green (< 100): Light volume, good for beginners or recovery
    • Yellow (100-150): Moderate volume, appropriate for most athletes
    • Red (> 150): High volume, use with caution

Publishing Plans

Plans have two states:

  • Draft: Can be edited freely
  • Published: Locked for editing (ensures consistency)

To publish:
1. Click Publish on your plan
2. Published plans display a "Published" badge
3. To edit again, click Unpublish to revert to draft

Duplicating Plans

Create a copy of any plan:

  1. Open the plan you want to copy
  2. Click Duplicate
  3. A new draft copy is created with "(Copy)" appended to the name
  4. Edit the copy as needed
