Browsing Templates
- Navigate to Templates in the main navigation
- Browse available templates by goal and difficulty
- Click any template to preview its contents
Available Template Categories

Using a Template
- Find a template that matches your needs
- Click Use Template
- A copy is created as your own draft plan
- Customize the exercises, sets, reps, and rest periods
- Rename and save as your own plan
Saving Your Plans as Templates
Share your best plans with the community:
- Create and publish a training plan
- Click Save as Template
- Your plan is added to the template library
