Templates are pre-built training plans you can use as starting points.

Browsing Templates

  1. Navigate to Templates in the main navigation
  2. Browse available templates by goal and difficulty
  3. Click any template to preview its contents

Available Template Categories

Goal Description
Vertical Jump Programs focused on jump height improvement
Speed Sprint and acceleration training
Agility Change of direction and quickness
Power Explosive strength development
General Well-rounded plyometric conditioning

Using a Template

  1. Find a template that matches your needs
  2. Click Use Template
  3. A copy is created as your own draft plan
  4. Customize the exercises, sets, reps, and rest periods
  5. Rename and save as your own plan

Saving Your Plans as Templates

Share your best plans with the community:

  1. Create and publish a training plan
  2. Click Save as Template
  3. Your plan is added to the template library
